My first love was painting. Initially I tried all the different mediums which included figurative paintings with animal forms and I slowly started breaking it down into a metamorphosis of the human form and the tree. I always believed in a lot of contrast in my work and abstraction for me is the essence of real. Abstraction reaches the heart of the viewer. Once the artist is done with the canvas he moves out of the space and the painting then has its own space.
