Both artists and galleries have suffered harsh political times and sever restrictions to rise to international prominence in the capital of Iran, Tehran. They do not have the freedom to express what they like, artists try to reflect the desires of the people living in Iran governed by restrictive boundaries, however times have changed now with the lifting of sanctions which have broken down boundaries.
