How to fix wordpress 404 tags and categories pages, after upgrading to 3.1.x.
Install the plug-in WCS CUSTOM PERMALINKS HOTFIX , delete cache of your browser, refresh it with f5, go to home page of your website, and check all of your pages, dropdowns, tags, and categories.
Go to your webmaster tool, check all 404 pages, and mark them as fixed..
